The crew was good and efficient . Product is very good quality. Some supply issues caused delays but overall would rate Ridge line highly. They were referred to us from a friend and would refer others. Competitively priced but considered high end.

The Ridgeline Deck crews were amazing! Every worker professional, hard working and very accommodating. In fact they showed up on time, ready to work every single day and did an amazing job. Ryan was there periodically to monitor progress but foreman and crews were on top of it and even with changing the color of the deck at the last minute they finished the job on time! We are super happy with the results, the people and Ryan and would recommend them highly!

Ryan and team knocked it out of the park on our deck renovation. We had approached him with a difficult design that involved the deck being on a hillside. He gave a no nonsense price that included any additional work that the job may need. Very happy with the outcome and process.

Ryan with Ridgeline Decks is the real deal. When I asked Ridgeline to build a dog house for a fundraiser he did not hesitate, all in from day 1. To say I was BLOWN AWAY and in awe of the quality, talent, customer service and delivery is an understatement. When a company takes their time, money and resources to help a non-profit with no ask in return, you know they are a genuine company. People are STILL talking about the jaw dropping deck and dog house he built. TALENTED!!! Also, I would like to add that they customer service following the fundraiser, to the person who won the dog house mansion (basically the taj mahal) was above and beyond. I am sooooo thankful for Ryan and Ridgeline Decks. Need a deck..... call them, no regrets!

I can't say enough about Ridgeline Decks and all who work for them! We were the fortunate winners of this amazing dog house and as you can see Hazel loves it! What you may not realize is RD took time out of their schedule to build a ridiculous dog house for a non profit and put all the detail and craftsmanship into it they do on their jobs for paying customers. It says something when a company is willing to give back to their community like they did. I was so impressed by the owner and workers who delivered and assembled the house on my property. They were responsive, polite, and fast! Based on this alone I'd recommend them for any deck job or other project.

We'd like to put in a Good word for our Friends at Ridgeline Decks in Spokane. We are Very Satisfied with the total Workmanship of our new Deck. It was so pleasant to work with such a Professional Group of people as Ryan and his Staff of workers. It was also pleasant to be able to see our Design for our deck come to life as well, as we drew out the plans and Ryan was able to make it happen. The quality in workmanship is first class all the way from the ground footings on up. Ryan was very good at communicating what would take place and at what times as well, he really kept the men on task to complete the project timely. After seeking several bids around town, my wife and I chose Ryan and Ridgeline Decks to complete our project. We based our decision on Ryan's expertise and professionalism, as well as Ridgeline's reputation of being one of the best deck builders in town. Stephen and Zach were our installers, and these guys were top notch in every respect. The quality of their work and the consideration they showed was impressive. Ryan is the type of guy who will make sure every detail of the project is perfect for his customers. I am a bit of a perfectionist, and they far exceeded my expectations. I even had a small request after they project was complete and paid for, and Ryan took great care of me. If we have projects in the future, I would call Ridgeline first, and I highly recommend them to friends and family. You won't be disappointed!

We chose Ridgeline to replace our 21 year old second story wood deck with its glass panel railings and a narrow stairway to the patio below with a new, larger, low-maintenance PVC deck, redesigned stairs with landing, cable railings, new privacy screen and a wood pergola. The fact that they specialize in decks was a plus compared to some of the other contractors we spoke with. Ryan (Ridgeline's owner) provided the bid and explained the construction process and material options. More communication in between contracting and starting construction would have helped ease our anxiety about this big project, but ultimately everything worked out beautifully. Ridgeline's workmanship and attention to detail are exceptional and we have already received numerous compliments on the new deck. We came in on budget and had only one delay due to supply chain challenges in getting lumber for the pergola.Steven (our site manager) and Connor did most of the work and made some on-site modifications to the original plan that improved the final product. It was a pleasure to work with them. Steven is a terrific project manager and has a great eye for aesthetics, quality and detail. Both he and Connor, and the other Ridgeline workers who worked on our project went above and beyond to create a great outdoor space for us. We have no hesitation in recommending them!

I hired Ridgeline to replace an older deck. Ryan and his staff designed an incredible deck that was not just well built and functional, but was a real piece of craftsmanship. The crew were professional and friendly. Most of all, everyone involved in the building of the deck was proud of their work and that is who you want building for you.

We recently had Ridgeline repair some structural issues on our10 year old deck that was built by another contractor. We were so impressed with their commitment to quality. They identified two main issues and solutions to correct them. They were very professional and easy to deal with. We only wish we would of had them build our deck in the first place. Our next deck will certainly be built by Ridgeline.

We chose Ridgeline Decks after seeing the quality work done for a neighbor. Our patio cover turned out fabulous. We can’t wait to enjoy it this summer! The crew was great. Very professional. Shortly after completion, a wind storm blew off some shingles. Ben, the supervisor, showed up within two days and replaced the shingles as a courtesy. That’s excellent customer service!!

My wife and I were selling our house and the inspection report came back with a support beam needing replacement. I called and Ryan got back to me right away and scheduled a visit for a quote. After reviewing the situation he informed me that all the support beams should be replaced and gave me a reasonable quote. Since we were leaving in less than a week we were in a time crunch to have the work done. Ryan and his crew got the parts ordered and completed the job within that time frame. They were professional and courteous throughout. The work looked great and my wife and I felt a lot better about leaving the new owner a safe and great looking deck. Ryan and his team did an incredible job on our deck, roof cover and front porch rebuild. I am probably the pickiest person on the planet and their attention to detail and willingness to work for a perfect final product were very impressive to us. The finished deck with cover is amazing. Truly can extension of our indoor living space. It's changed the entire look and feel of the exterior of our home. The crew is polite and clean - lovely to have around. They are responsive and communicative. Ryan is creative, flexible, committed and reliable. He said they would not finish our project until we were 100% happy with it, and he meant it. Above and beyond to create the vision we had. 100% worth the money and time. Could not recommend them highly enough. (They also completed a deck for a friend of ours and they had the same awesome experience).

We set out to do a deck project that incorporated a roof and a sunken hot tub coming off of the second floor of our home. Ryan along with an engineer helped us design the deck. The final product exceeds our expectation with both quality and design. The deck has a tasteful privacy wall that is incorporated into the design flawlessly. The roof was crafted with pine and cedar as is an extension of our current roof. One of the things I like most is that he matched the siding perfectly to our existing siding, so there is no tacky mismatch siding. Our vision was to have the project look like a part of the home and not an after-thought and he was able to do just that.The deck has some custom design features that are important to have with a sunken hot tub. He included a way to remove part of the decking in front of the tub in order to maintain and repair the tub. It is an ingenious design! He also custom built our stairs to accommodate my mobility issues by making the stairs with shorter steps and less steep. This was really important for me and he made sure every part is solid. He allowed us late in the project to add an additional 3 1/2 feet to the deck for aesthetic reasons, and I am so glad we did. He didn't price gouge even late in the project.The entire project was built with care and attention to detail. It included some collaboration with electricians and also the hot tub company for timing of these two things to take place. We started this project in mid February, unknowing the snow was ready to dump on us. The crew persevered through the snow and terrible weather and finished in mid April. Great craftsmanship like this takes time to produce and is not done in a short timeframe.His team is nice, respectful, and professional. He hires some dedicated men and they are very good at what they do. The clean up of the project was also done quickly and they didn't miss anything. We were asked to inspect the entire project for any flaws that we saw that could be quickly redone if not to our liking. Ryan is worth the wait, he is a great builder and a man of his word. The final product is a phenomenal addition to our home and I could not be more pleased we chose him. When we decide to add to our awesome deck we will be reaching out to him and his team. I would recommend Ryan to anyone wanting a good, quality product, he loves what he does and it shows in his work.

Our deck project included the removal of an old redwood deck and the construction of a new, expanded, composite (Fiberon) deck with composite skirting and an iron (Fortress) railing with a composite cap. Ryan provided a very clear estimate and description of the project, which included some very interesting design features. I was very pleased that he was able to accelerate the construction time frame and bring the entire project to completion several weeks earlier than scheduled and on budget. Thank-you Ryan for your care and concern throughout the entire project. We couldn't be more pleased!We were most impressed with the extraordinary "old world" craftsmanship exhibited by our builders, Jose and Jason. Their attention to even the most minor of details reflected a pride in the work that is all too rare these days. I appreciated their willingness to explain the deck building process along the way and their willingness to "go the extra mile" to incorporate a specific design idea in the project. Wonderfully done!!.. The Crew at Ridgeline decks took a dream and then made it come true. This was a great company to work with, Ryan made great suggestions to help make the plan come together. His workers were very professional, they took the extra time to clean up after them self's and always left the work site in very good order and safe. There was no short cuts ether when doing this job. I would definitely hire them again and would recommend, anyone else to use this company for their next project.
